Compensation: Hourly, starting pay based on experience

Hours Kitchen Operates: Sun – Sat: 10am – 11pm

The Knotted Spoon is a fast-growing, team-oriented establishment that takes pride in delivering high-quality drinks and service in a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere. We’re currently hiring a hands-on Line Cook to elevate our bar experience, engage with guests, and keep the good times flowing.

What You’ll Do:

• Work the line during dinner shifts, leading by example and ensuring strict quality control during service
• Create and execute prep lists to ensure efficient kitchen flow
• Maintain cleanliness and good closing procedures, food safety, and organization throughout the kitchen
• Communicate clearly with front-of-house and management teams
